  • It has a specific focus on clinical leadership qualities with the express purpose of improving practice
  • It provides substantial built in professional support for participants during their participation in the Programme. This enables challenge to both personal and professional paradigms with the aim of improving practice as well as the culture within which many health care professionals operate
  • It works pro-actively with participating organisations as well as with participants to impact on the individual, the health care team, the organisation and health care policy agendas
  • It has been developed for health care professionals by health care professionals
