Heidi Silverston is the Director of the Clinical Leadership Programme in Australia™and has been involved with the programme since its introduction to Australia in 2003. In her current role, Heidi has the responsibility for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the programme. Kirstie Walkey, the State Lead Facilitator for SA, brings to the role significant professional experience as a nurse in the disability sector and experience with the Clinical Leadership Programme in Australia™ as both a past Clinical Leader and a Local Facilitator in the inaugural ‘Developing LEADS’ interprofessional cohort. Kirstie’s experience, enthusiasm and commitment will assure the continued development and growth of the programme in South Australia.
