This report is an exploration of the longer term outcomes of the programme that confirms that Clinical Leaders sustain and continue to build on the capabilities that they develop beyond their participation in the programme.  The report was officially launched at the 4^th Nursing & Midwifery Cohort Ceremony of Achievement in 2009.

This is a collection of stories taken from the Clinical Leaders and Local Facilitators for the Central Northern Adelaide Health Service Mental Health Allied Health Professionals Cohort.  Their stories highlighted how the Clinical Leadership  Programme in Australia helped them to become leaders or better leaders and how such leadership leads to achieving consumer centred care while also contributing to reform in mental health care.  

Local Facilitators and Clinical Leaders from the 3rd SA Nursing and Midwifery cohort share their leadership experiences with each other while also serving as a vehicle to project their voices of leadership both within and out beyond their spheres of influence.
